If you are applying for new or renewed certifications, you can view the real-time status of your application by logging in at: www.epsb.ky.gov
- Using this feature will result in faster processing of your certificate because the same people who answer the phones are the ones processing your paperwork.
- This feature allows educators a 24/7, quick, and easy way to track the progress of all documents sent to the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) for certification processing.
- By using the on-line tracking tool, you can determine the status of your certificates, see if any documentation is missing, and learn when you will receive your new or renewed certificates if we have processed it.
You can quickly check the status of your application by visiting the EPSB website at www.epsb.ky.gov or by clicking the “View My Application Status” link on the right side of the home page under “How Do I…”
This will provide you with up-to-the minute status of each document pertaining to your application. If your case is complete, you will receive an estimate of when the certificate will be mailed.
